Beetroot and Paneer Tikki by Sunita Roy
- Steam one large beetroot until it is thoroughly cooked.
- After steaming and allowing it to cool, grate the beetroot and combine it with 200g of paneer.
- Incorporate one boiled potato into the mixture, and mash the beetroot, paneer, and potato together.
4. To the mixture, add:
- Half a cup of oat powder
- 1 tablespoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of chaat masala powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Finely chopped coriander
- Half a finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
6. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into tikki.
7. Lightly pan-fry each tikki until golden.
Serve with a yogurt dip for a delicious accompaniment.
