Online Pre-Registration Process

3:Complete the Required Information

- Child’s Information: Proposed name (in both English and, if applicable, Chinese), date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (e.g., hospital name).
- Parents’ Information: Full names, dates of birth, nationalities, Hong Kong Identity Card numbers (if applicable), or passport numbers.

PROCESS
